1) Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using bananafarmer.app or app.bananafarmer.app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You represent that you are at least 18, able to enter a binding contract, and physically located in the United States when accessing the Service.
2) What Banana Farmer Is (and Isn’t)
Educational analytics only. Banana Farmer offers impersonal, algorithmic scoring (e.g., Ripening / Ripe / Overripe badges, 0–100 composite score).
Not investment advice. We do not provide individualized recommendations; we are not your advisor, broker-dealer, or exchange.
No order routing or trade execution. We do not place, hold, or transmit orders.
3) U.S.-Only Availability
The Service is intended solely for users in the United States. We employ controls such as IP geofencing and terms representations to enforce this. You agree not to use VPNs/proxies to bypass geofencing.
4) Account; Trial; Subscriptions
4.1 Account
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials.
4.2 Free Trial
We may provide a 24-hour card-less trial with full access.
4.3 Fees
Monthly: $29/month. Annual: $278.40/year ($23.20/mo).
4.4 Cancellations
Fees are generally non-refundable. Cancel any time in the app settings.
5) Market Data & Accuracy
Equity quotes are delayed (~15 minutes). Crypto data updates periodically. We do not guarantee correctness or timeliness of any data.
6) License & Acceptable Use
We grant a limited, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. You will not scrape, bulk download, or redistribute Service content.
7) Intellectual Property
The software, models, scores, and graphics are owned by Banana Farmer and protected by IP laws.
8) Disclaimers & Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT USAGE WILL PRODUCE PROFIT. LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $50 OR FEES PAID IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.
9) Governing Law & Arbitration
Governed by Arizona law. Disputes must be resolved by binding individual arbitration. No class actions.
